Who Are We?
ISU BioBus is an interdisciplinary entrepreneurial student initiative that recycles waste vegetable oil from ISU Dining into biodiesel fuel to power the City of Ames' CyRide buses.
The "Fill-In" Station

In January 2016 BioBus provided a biodiesel demo and interactive station for FIRST Lego League at the State Championship held at ISU. 350+ individudals of all ages were reached.

In October 2015 BioBus participated in the WiSE: Taking the Road Less Traveled event and reached out to over 60 girls about sustainability, renewable fuels, renewable energy and careers in these fields.

ISU BioBus attended the annual campus sustainability day in front of Parks Library in November 2015. It was a large success and we are thankful for the invitation.
